He is passionate about empowering individuals to create better financial outcomes.
Kit Williams BSc
Curious about people and passionate about improving financial wellbeing, Kit brings both heart and rigour to his work at The Financial Wellbeing Lab. From leading campaigns for performance productions to building brand identities from scratch, he has consistently delivered results that are both visually compelling and strategically sound. At Warwick and beyond, he has coached others to communicate with confidence — exactly the mindset a training environment demands.
Paul Jay DipPFS
Paul is our financial services industry consultant, having experience as an adviser, a compliance officer, a T&C manager, auditor and compliance consultant. He's known for his ability to see things from more than one aspect and offers honest commentary, but based on facts and objectivity rather than assumptions and biases. He was a regular article writer for ATEB, commenting on regulatory matters from a different angle.
